I can’t recover my email
I wasn’t able to access my AOL mail for a little over a year. I finally am able to get in and everything I had saved since 2003 has been deleted where did everything go

When I delete emails from my cell phone, I noticed that the emails are still remaining when I sign into my desktop.

Selecting all email to delete
I just got a new phone, and after downloading this app, I have over 4,000 emails in my inbox that were NOT there yesterday. In order to delete them I have to physically select each and every one of them. Lame.... the app I had on my old phone, had an ALL box you could select, so you could delete them all. Much faster. Please include this in your next update. 🤔😒🙄

Improve spam
You seriously need to listen to your customers because of this infernal unwanted disgusting spam millions of customers are leaving including me shortly I've had enough of these unwanted offensive sex sites im not a prude by any means but I don't want to look at this **** on a daily basis every day . Still waiting for a TRUE response & enhancement to the AOL website for Android that will allow us to create MORE folders.
Seems to work when logged in via a PC & regular browser.
I sincerely need some MORE folders - AOL is my only email client since dial up.

You can quit sending important emails to spam when they are clearly not blocked or spam emails. The email addressess are in my Contacts!!!

Removing as a whole after unscribing them
I’m not telling you I’m demanding you ! Add to senders a feature wear when I unscribe it removes all previous emails. I mean it!

Create a mass delete button
It's ridiculous that you have to delete every message individually. Create a select all button. Unless I'm missing something!

Block disgusting unwanted sex sites
Outlook.com and Hotmail.com are sending numerous unwanted sex dating sites to my e mail. I want this stopping NOW it would appear my e mail has been sold to a 3rd party I am furious and disgusted I want this reported to the authorities before I take legal action data protection has been violated

I am sick to death of outlook.com invading my privacy
I am sick to death of my privacy being invaded by a disgusting sex site which ive never visited what's happened to data protection. I block these addresses but they come back with new ones. This is the final straw if it Doesn't get sorted I'm off and taking legal action I didn't join aol for this garbage from outlook.com you need to sort this immediately
